Return & Exchange

In order to return or exchange the lashes must be in its original state in which it was sent (original packaging/closed/un-open) and you must contact us within 7 days from the receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.

If you wish to return your order, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message and the reason for return.

You will be responsible for the initial and return shipping fees and Paypal tax fees associated with returns.

Please note that any used, altered, and/or opened items will not be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances. The lashes will be analyzed upon return and a decision will be made before an exchange is issued. If the lashes are deemed damaged because of this reason you are responsible to pay the return shipping if you would like the lashes back. We require 2 business days for a response and after that time the lashes will be properly disposed of.

All lashes purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
